We cover a wide range of residential construction services and regions across the Greater Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Niagara, and the Greater Toronto Area, from full-scale home transformations to additions and custom home construction.
Consultation
Offering virtual and in-person consultations, we connect with you to learn the big-picture vision for your project. During this meeting, we’ll understand your goals, set the basic parameters of the project, and schedule our next steps. We’ll also share a list of references and past projects for you to review and assess, before we move ahead together.
Project Proposal
If you’ve already begun the design process, we’ll review your designs together so that we can clearly define the scope of work, timeline, and top priorities. Our team will take any available design information and project details to develop your preliminary proposal.
Join the Family
The Pineapple team will present you with a project contract, ensuring everyone’s expectations are aligned on budget, schedule, and scope, before we officially kick off your project.
Design
When it comes to the design of your project, you are invited to use our in-house design services, or welcome to share your own design work from a certified BCIN designer. Once a detailed design is completed to the Pineapple Homes standard of detail and clarity, we’ll move forward on determining the associated investment. Multiple quotes will be presented from our pre-qualified trades and suppliers, so you can review and decide which best suits your goals and desired investment. From here, we’ll initiate the BuilderTrend Construction Management System software tool to allow you the full visibility of the project schedule, budget, and beyond.
Pre-Construction
Work closely with the Pineapple team to bring your own personal touch into the design! Together, we’ll visit trusted suppliers to select materials and finishes, which are then managed in the BuilderTrend platform.
Construction
Your assigned project manager and site-supervisor will take the lead with our trusted trades to begin construction. As the homeowner, you’ll be kept up-to-date on progress through the BuilderTrend platform, and have full autonomy in deciding how integrated you would like to be in the overall construction process.
Welcome Home
Once your home is move-in ready, we’ll put the final touches on your space and assist you and your family in getting settled back in. All new systems, maintenance details, and additional information about how to best enjoy your new (and improved!) home will be shared with you during your final project hand-over meeting. At this stage, the Pineapple Homes double-layer warranty period begins, and you’ll have full support from our team to ensure a smooth transition. Welcome home!
